We started our home search at the end of 2022 when we found out we were PCSing from California to Florida in March 2023. We had a pretty tight timeframe to find a new home as first time homebuyers. We had NO idea where to start but luckily all Jill & Nancy asked for were our list of wants and needs. They set up a custom list of homes that met all our needs and most of our wants that was updated pretty often. We went through a LOT of listings before finding some we liked. Since we were across the country we couldn’t be there to tour any of these homes in person. It took a lot of trust to leave something so important in the hands of someone else but each home was videoed with great attention to detail. The best part of the whole process was how honest Jill & Nancy were about the houses they were looking at for us. They toured them like it was going to be their own families living there and gave us their honest opinions of whether or not it’d be good for us. We had their team tour at least 3 different houses in the first few weeks of our home search. Each one having its own issues that wouldn’t have been a good fit for our family. Eventually we found a home that looked great in pictures and requested a tour. Jill sent over 10 videos of the home with pictures and as hard as she tried she couldn’t find any issues with it aside from a few cosmetic things. We were officially under contract within a couple days. They really went above and beyond for the rest of the process. They gave us recommendations for inspectors and helped us with setting up utilities. We closed on the home in January 2023. If we needed anything they told us to contact them. Even after we moved in in March 2023 we were still able to reach out for a lawn mower service, help with taxes, we still get invited to events they’re hosting, and they occasionally check in to see if we’re still loving our home (which we are!) They’re the dream realty team!
